Welcome To Week 2!
Hey Everyone, it's Victoria with VLV Designs, and welcome to Week 2 of the19th season of the One Room Challenge! For those of you who are new to the One Room Challenge like myself, it is a bi-annual celebration of interior design, home decor and DIY bloggers hosted by Linda at Calling it Home, in partnership with Better Home and Gardens. Over the course of the next 8 weeks, a group of 200 guest and 20 featured bloggers will be taking on the challenge to transform one room, all while sharing their progress with all of you along the way!

The biggest challenges we are running into this year are lead times and unexpected product delays! It is important for us to be confident in our recommendations for clients as well as honest on the timelines. We already know that even though we planned well in advance that the leather chesterfield sofa we have custom ordered for this Speakeasy is delayed and won't make it in time for the Big Reveal on Week 8 however, designing a dream room is worth the wait!

Although COVID-19 has put a damper on our lead times for our bonus room bar we can't wait to show you all the transformation over the next few weeks of the Pool House/Laundry Room down the stairs from this at home pub! This mud room has sported a coastal chic vibe the past few years but, it is now ready to take on a bold and global point of view!
