Schedule a Discovery Call with our Principal Interior Designer, Victoria Valentinas, to get your interior design project started. Whether you are doing new build construction or full service interior design; or maybe you don’t know where to begin, Victoria will help you determine the right next steps for your design project. At this time Victoria will also introduce you to the VLV Designs Interior Design Firm and explain how the initial design consultation process works. Initial On-Site Design Consultation

Are you longing to make your design dreams a reality? Schedule an initial design consultation with our Principal Interior Designer, Victoria Valentinas following your Discovery Call. During this meeting, Victoria will want to sit down and get to know you and more about what your design dreams are. Victoria will take multiple measurements and pictures while on site. Follow these simple steps to prepare for your initial design consultation: Schedule your consultation; Gather a few inspirational images; Discuss the level of “Investment” with all parties involved; GET EXCITED for the endless possibilities of livable luxury!
We like to reserve 1-2 hours for the initial design consultation at your home (in-person or virtually) to discuss the spaces you would like to be serviced. If you have any floor plans, layouts, concepts and or inspiration images please have those ready to review at the consultation. We also ask that all parties that are involved in the design project discuss the level of investment to help point Victoria in the right direction for your project. During the consultation Victoria will ask you to complete the Design Investment Worksheet; this will help determine your proposed project investment. The initial design consultation is a vital step in the VLV Designs process for us to get to know one another; this is also a great time for us to explain our design process and service packages to determine which package is best suited for your scope of work and to determine if our process is a good fit for your needs.
After your initial design consultation, Victoria will review the scope of work for your project, determine which packages is the best fit for your design needs and then propose your estimated project investment specifically tailored for you and your design needs. This will outline the VLV Design fee, estimated product investment, the roadmap to get started, the letter of agreement, as well as the initial deposit of 50% of the design fee to get started. You will receive the VLV Designs project proposal approximately one week from our consultation, unless otherwise stated. We will then schedule a “Follow Up Call” to help answer any questions you may have to set the project start date. We can’t wait for the opportunity to bring your design dreams to life!

Why do we charge using the service package method as opposed to hourly?
We want to provide our clients with an all inclusive experience, one that allows us to build a relationship and get to know you and your family and your likes and dislikes to keep us headed in the right design direction, keeping it fun and stress free without you having to keep your eye on your watch with constant hourly billing.

Initial Paint Consultation
$125 per hour
Are you wanting to make a statement with your walls and/or ceiling? Schedule an initial design consultation with Victoria Valentinas, the owner and lead designer at VLV Designs, to see how to bring your walls/ceiling to life! During this meeting, Victoria will want to sit down and get to know you and more about what your design dreams are. Victoria will take multiple measurements and pictures while on site, as the size of the space, the detail involved and whether the project is on a wall or ceiling will determine the price. During the consultation you can expect to determine what your style direction is, what your needs are for your project (standard paint, faux finish, pattern work, mural, canvas, etc.), as well as your project budget for both design services and paint.
Faux Finish Paint & Mural Paint Package
$800-$1000 Day Rate
This package is designed for the client who is wanting to make a statement with their walls and/or ceiling through a faux finish paint application or a custom artistic mural.
Level 1 Faux Finish / Mural Day Rate: $800*
Level 2 Faux Finish / Mural Day Rate: $900*
Level 3 Faux Finish / Mural Day Rate: $1000*
*Room sizes and techniques will vary and will determine the price. Murals are charged per day rate. Each mural is a custom work of art and will require various levels of detail work. VLV Designs will propose an estimate for each project.*
